About 15 years ago this used to be a Hardee's, then the owners got smart and changed it into a McDonald's, lol. The place is usually pretty busy, but the lines move quickly. It seems sometimes they are open 24hrs (maybe summer or weekends) and other times I drive by they are closed late at night.
Out of sweet tea. Out of ketchup. Dirty. Order was incorrect. Staff was friendly.
They have a large parking lot. The inside of the store is usually clean and well kept. I think most customers drive thru at this location. The food is the same as other McDonald's, love or hate it, haha. I crave some big mac's and fries once in a while. And they do accept coupons and have specials.
Lori the GM was very rude and off putting, her attitude made me feel unwelcome. I made a decision to toss my cup out outside my window because all of your outside cans were overflowing with trash. While I waited in line looking at your menu to decide what to eat. She then rudely yells over the head set and says " Did you really just throw that in my bushes!!!" I froze stunned realizing she had seen my action, but then I said "Yes I did." Owning up to my mistake. She then burst through the back door at 1:30 am, which is a safety hazard. She then had a very bad attitude and demanded I pick up my cup! As I stared stunned she put her hands on her hips. And says "What are we going to do about this boys?" So I left my vehicle and picked it up to make her happy. But made me feel so embarrassed and unwelcome as a guest. I do hope this reachs your store owner because this is not the first time I have had issues with this location. I have tried coming through the drive thru on 2 separate occasion at 3:30am and the store has been closed, even though you are a 24 hour location. So when I go to your location, I don't know if you will be open because the management team just closes your store whenever they see fit. And I don't know if we will be hassled by the manager on duty. I just hope this management team can get its act together and start treating their customer's right. I believe Lori needs removed from her current position and you would see the store prosper.
Limited choices in this town and unless wanting to drive 10 miles to some place else, this is a good fast food place to eat at.
Hit or miss at this place. Sometimes the food fresh and delicious and other times it's not and probably wrong.
Usually get your order wrong but they are quick to fix it. But then they sometimes get that wrong? It's like they have just opened for the first week all if the time. The little petty mistakes? I don't really understand it?
